Caroline and Thomas begin a relationship knowing her HIV+ status will be an issue for them to negotiate, especially considering his own family's difficult history with the virus. But is Thomas being as open with Caroline as she is with him? His family treats him delicately for reasons unknown. When Thomas' truth comes out, new challenges for the couple unfold. Facing uncertainty, Caroline and Thomas must decide what matters most to them, and if they are willing to face life's struggles together.
